This Cumberland Knife (left), named for Cumberland Gap explorers, has a 7" blade, forged from 5160 high-carbon leaf spring steel. It has a full tang and pinned hardwood slab handle with brass trim. The flat ground edge is hardened for strength and tempered to hold a good working edge, yet is easy to sharpen. Knife with 7" blade and full tang handle.
